Dan D’Amico brings more than 30 years of residential mortgage lending experience to his role at Mortgage Forward, working to develop retail mortgage operations and originate mortgage loans. Dan began his work in the mortgage industry as a loan officer with Troy & Nichols/Chase Mortgage and later established a mortgage branch for North Central Bank (NCB Mortgage) in Madison, Mississippi.
Dan is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe (formerly Northeast Louisiana University) with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Insurance and Real Estate. He is a current member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) and holds the national distinctions of Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist (CRMS) and Certified Credit Specialist (CCS). Dan is currently licensed in the state of Mississippi through the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).
In January 1997, Dan and a partner purchased Arsta Mortgage Services, Inc. (AMS Mortgage). This successful mortgage company, offering a variety of mortgage products to meet individual needs, maintains a strong rapport with clients, lenders, builders, and real estate agents. With a focus on connecting borrowers with the best lender for their financial circumstances, Mortgage Forward, continues to serve Mississippi clients today from the Madison, Mississippi, branch.
