Born and raised in the Chattanooga area, Steve has personally and professionally experienced the growth trends that the market has provided.
Steve’s mortgage lending career began in the mortgage secondary market in 1990. In 1996, he transitioned to the primary market and started his career as a Mortgage Loan Officer. Since that time, Steve has worked for mortgage banking and brokerage firms, both large and small. Today Steve is a Mortgage Loan Officer with FiT Mortgage, LLC and works with clients throughout Tennessee and Georgia.
In 2001, Steve achieved his General Contractor’s license and began dabbling in new construction and home repair. This accomplishment allowed Steve to connect with home builders, which complemented his Mortgage Loan Officer role.
In his spare time, you will often find Steve playing golf or spending time with his wife.
